Judi kis offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set out in each promotional offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms:

Match results and market settlements on judi kis are based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body or the official data sources used by judi kis. In the event of a dispute or an unofficial result, judi kis reserves the right to defer market settlement until the official result is confirmed. judi kis's decision on market settlement is final.
Odds displayed on judi kis are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. No bet will be accepted at odds that changed prior to confirmation, unless the player explicitly accepts the updated odds through the mechanism provided on the judi kis platform.
Accumulator bets combining multiple selections across different matches are permitted on judi kis. Should any single selection within an accumulator be voided due to a match being abandoned or postponed beyond the stipulated period, that selection will be removed from the accumulator and the overall odds recalculated based on the remaining selections.

Where an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to fraud, any valid cash balance (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via an appropriate payment method once all related investigations have been concluded. In cases of termination due to fraud or a serious breach of these Terms, judi kis reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance.

Eligible balances will be returned within a reasonable timeframe after the closure request has been processed and any active bets have been settled.
The judi kis platform is provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. judi kis endeavours to keep the platform running smoothly, but cannot guarantee it will be free from technical disruptions, third-party service provider outages, or other matters beyond our control.
Betting is an activity that carries real financial risk. judi kis is not liable for any financial losses a player incurs as a result of their own betting decisions. All players bet at their own risk and should only wager money they can afford to lose.
In any circumstance where judi kis is found liable to a player for any claim, judi kis's maximum liability shall be limited to the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim, or RM500 — whichever is lower.
Judi kis is not liable for losses incurred due to technical disruptions, system outages, internet connectivity failures, data delays, or other technical issues beyond the platform's direct control. Should a technical disruption clearly occur during an active bet, judi kis will endeavour to settle that bet in the fairest manner possible at the platform's discretion.
